Sports card and non-sport card grading have become increasingly popular in Canada in recent years, as collectors and investors alike seek to ensure the authenticity and condition of their valuable trading cards. As a reputable grading service, we can provide peace of mind and increase the value of sports cards and non-sport cards by assigning them a grade based on factors such as centering, corners, edges and surface quality. We strive to process and ship orders within 0 to 3 business days of your purchase. We understand the importance of receiving your order in a timely manner and are committed to making sure it arrives as quickly as possible. Please note that due to our fast shipping process, we may not be able to accommodate order adjustment requests once an order has been shipped.
Yes, during checkout you can choose the option for in-store pickup at our brick-and-mortar location. Typically, your order will be ready for pickup within 2 business days. We will hold your order for at least 2 weeks after processing. To pick up your order, you must present a valid photo ID. If you would like someone else to pick up your order on your behalf, please leave their name in the order notes or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with their name and your order number.
Please note that we cannot assemble your order on the spot if you come to the store or call us before it is ready. We kindly ask that you only contact us about your order if you have not received a pickup notification three days after placing your order.
Currently, we offer shipping anywhere within Canada and the United States of America. However, please note that certain products, such as sealed Magic: The Gathering products and select other items, may not be able to be shipped to the United States of America due to publisher restrictions. Additionally, some sale items may also be exempt from shipping to the USA. Any shipping restrictions will be clearly noted on the product’s page.
Please be aware that oversized orders or orders shipped to remote areas may be subject to additional fees. If your order falls under this category, we will contact you accordingly.
In some cases, additional shipping charges may be necessary. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to arrange payment. Additionally, in rare circumstances, if the cost of a product increases from distribution to the point where we are selling it at a loss, we may need to reach out to you to pay an updated rate for the item. If this occurs, we will contact you and invoice you accordingly.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock or has been oversold at the time of your order, we will make every effort to contact you and remove the item from your order. If this results in your order total falling below the minimum free shipping threshold, please rest assured that we will still ship the remainder of your order free of charge.
Yes, we reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason. If we do cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

- All Sales Are Final. Once an item or service is purchased in store or online, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges allowed as all sales are considered final.
- We are not liable for Stolen/Misplaced/Lost in Transit orders that have been marked as delivered. If you are concerned about theft/porch pirates, please request card for pickup in the checkout notes
- Small Tears, scuffs and separations at the seams of factory sealed product shrink wrap, and minor defects in packaging material not caused by external forces or factors is completely normal and will not be grounds for compensation. All our products are sourced from official Canadian Distributors
- If an order is shipped to a 3rd party company, freight forwarder or similar, we assume no responsibility for any damages or issues that may arise from their services.
- We are not responsible for any customs, duties or other taxes incurred during transportation, nor are we responsible if a parcel is opened for inspection at customs/border services. This will not qualify an order for compensation as this is out of our control and not a decision of ours.
- We are not responsible for customers entering incorrect/incomplete addresses. Should an item not be properly delivered due to an incomplete/incorrect address provided to us — we assume no responsibility for the loss incurred.
We understand that receiving damaged items can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you receive any damaged items in your parcel, please contact us at maximumcardscollect.com with your order number and a description of the problem. It would also be helpful if you could provide a photo of the issue if possible.
In the event that the parcel itself is damaged upon arrival, please document this as well so that we can be reimbursed by the carrier. We are happy to exchange, return or discount any damaged items. Please note that superficial scuffing, tearing, or damage on trading card game or sports card sealed products that have no impact on the internal contents may not qualify for an exchange, return or discount. Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for approval.
We are happy to accept all major credit and debit cards for online and in-person purchases. For in-person transactions, we also accept cash as a form of payment.
Yes, all orders are subject to taxes based on the province, territory or state they are being shipped to. The applicable tax rate will be calculated at checkout and added to your order total.
All applicable taxes and shipping costs are not included in the retail sales prices of MAXimum Cards & Collectibles products. Such fees are the financial responsibility of customers and we’ll do our best to ensure said costs are minimized as much as possible.
